Spokenote Terms & Conditions for Media Release

By checking the box and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you understand and consent to the following:

1. Usage Rights: You grant Spokenote, its legal representatives, and any parties acting with Spokenote's permission or authority, the unrestricted right to:
   • Copyright, use, re-use, publish, republish, in whole or in part, any photographs, video, or representations of you.
   • Apply any changes or transformations to said media, regardless of whether these are in conjunction with your real or a fictitious name.
   • Utilize the media through any existing or future mediums for purposes including but not limited to illustration, promotion, advertising, and trade.
2. Printed Material, Radio, Video & Digital/Social Media: You permit the use of any printed material, radio, video or digital media in association with the aforementioned media.
3. Waiver of Approval: You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, advertising copy, or any printed material that may be used in association with the media.
4. Release from Liability: You release Spokenote, its legal representatives, and any individuals or entities acting under Spokenote's permission or authority, from any liabilities, including but not limited to any arising from alterations, distortions, or optical illusions in the media, and any potential claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
5. Age Confirmation & Understanding: You affirm that you are over the age of majority and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the contents of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Binding Agreement: This agreement is binding on you, your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
